  • All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.

  • Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding
    contracts under South African law.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock
    shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Please note that orders can be custom-made if the product is not listed on the website.

4. Payment

  • Payment for products must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise
    agreed.
  • A 50% deposit secures your order unless a different arrangement has been agreed
    upon.
  • Apart from the secure payment gateways, clients can also make payment via EFT.
    Proof of payment will secure the order.
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to be
    bound by the terms of such payment processors.
  • Baningi Furniture is not responsible for any errors, delays, or security breaches on the
    part of payment service providers.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Ownership of goods transfers to you upon full payment, but risk passes upon delivery.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Our returns and refunds policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

  • Items may be returned within 5 working days of delivery, provided they are unused,
    undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a
    trackable delivery or logistics company for returns.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once items are inspected.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Baningi Furniture.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

  • Inspect your order upon delivery

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos and a description of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement

14. Installation & movement of items

  • Clients must ensure that their space is ready for installation

  • Clients will be charged for extra work other than what Baningi Furniture agents came for.
